INSPECTIONS

Most people really never want to venture into their crawlspace because they are afraid of what they might find, have a fear of confined spaces, or are not aware of all of the items that need routine maintenance in a crawlspace. Northwest Disaster Services is often called out to inspect crawlspaces that have a variety things that need corrected.

  • Water in the crawlspace.
  • Water in the ducting or wet insulation
  • Mold growth
  • Missing vapor barrier
  • Ducting that has become disconnected or was never connected to a register.
  • Rodent infestations
  • Structural damage to the subfloor and joists due to a slow leak from a plumbing fixture.
